Team Building Event puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH
The event concept blends Geocaching, puzzle fun and city exploration into an interactive team experience — exactly what we enjoyed on June 7, 2024 in Mitte with puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the group of 18 participants at 10:00 AM in front of the Friedrichstadt-Palast on Ziegelstraße. After a short introduction to the rules, handing out the tablets and splitting into three motivated teams, we were off: a team building experience in Mitte that could hardly be more exciting.
The next hour led the teams through the lively heart of Mitte. The route included impressive stops such as the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral — perfect backdrops for our challenges. Each team was on its own, competing fairly for points awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks. Creativity, communication and powers of observation were in demand: exactly the ingredients that bring a team building experience in Mitte to life.
I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical problems arose. The atmosphere stayed positive: the weather cooperated, the teams laughed a lot and the sense of togetherness grew noticeably with every puzzle solved. The motto achieve more together became tangible in a very practical way.
After exactly three hours all groups returned to the starting point for the award ceremony. Exciting moments, applause for clever solutions and a collegial spirit rounded off the event. Those are the moments that make a team building experience in Mitte so special: team spirit, friendly competition and shared fun in a place full of history and stories.
For me as a team guide it was once again rewarding to see how Geocaching in Mitte brings teams together while letting them rediscover the city. A heartfelt thank you to puravida personalmarketing + event GmbH for their trust — I look forward to the next shared adventure in Mitte!
