Team Building Event ZfP Südwürttemberg

The 13 participants from the company ZfP Südwürttemberg met on June 3, 2024 at noon at the market square in Ulm, eager for three hours of puzzles, activity and team spirit.

As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at the central meeting point, gave a short introduction and divided everyone into three teams. After explaining the format and offering a quick walkthrough of the CityHunters app, the teams received their tablets and set off. This is how our typical Geocaching experience begins: follow coordinates, decode clues and discover the city's hidden corners — an ideal mix of adventure and a team building experience in Ulm.

During the tour the teams were on their own and took part in a friendly competition for the most points. Tasks ranged from cracking small codes to creative team challenges and observation puzzles at well-known and tucked-away locations. Along the way we encountered historic sites such as Ulm Minster, the town hall and the Museum Ulm, which provided extra moments of discovery. I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues, keeping the experience relaxed and on track.

The weather cooperated, spirits were high, and everywhere you could feel how collaborative problem-solving and mutual support strengthened the sense of togetherness. That is exactly what our offering is about: a team building experience in Ulm that is fun and creates lasting bonds. The combination of city exploration, engaging puzzles and a bit of athletic drive means each group develops its own team spirit.

After exactly three hours everyone reconvened at the market square for the awards ceremony. With 195 points team Lyska took the win — well-deserved applause for clever solutions and strong teamwork. Days like this show how effective and entertaining a team building experience in Ulm can be: informative, motivating and full of great memories from discovering the city together. I look forward to the next adventure with new groups in this vibrant city.
