Team Building Event Körber Pharma Software GmbH
Thirteen colleagues from Körber Pharma Software GmbH met on 28 May 2024 at 2:00 PM for an exciting afternoon of puzzles and team spirit in Lüneburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the Market Square and gave a brief overview of the plan: after an introduction and the division into three teams, each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app. Thus began the Geocaching experience, our modern approach to team building experience in Lüneburg.
The three teams — Crossborders, Salzjäger and POMS — set off independently through the historic old town. The tasks took them past landmarks such as Lüneburg Town Hall, St. Nicolai Church and the Lüneburg Water Tower. At each station they faced tricky puzzles and creative team challenges that required imagination, communication and observation skills.
During the tour the groups stayed in friendly competition, collecting points for correctly solved challenges. I was available by phone in case questions or technical problems arose, so all teams could play relaxed and safe. The fine weather added to the cheerful atmosphere and made the team building experience in Lüneburg a real highlight.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at the Market Square for the awards ceremony. Tension was high as the results were announced: first place went to the team Crossborders with 285 points, followed by Salzjäger with 240 points and POMS with 180 points. Applause, laughter and smiles of satisfaction showed how much fun the shared challenge had been.
This Geocaching event once again showed how effective and entertaining a team building experience in Lüneburg can be: culture, puzzle fun and collaboration set against a beautiful urban backdrop. It was a pleasure to guide the colleagues through the stations and to see team spirit grow and successes celebrated.
