Team Building Event De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH
Our concept combines play, puzzles and shared experiences into a lively city adventure — exactly what we experienced on 23 May 2024 at a Geocaching event in Kronberg im Taunus.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed the 27 participants from De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH at 3:30 p.m. at the St. Johann town church. After a short introduction and being split into five teams, an atmosphere of eager anticipation set in. For the tour the groups used digital clues to navigate the city on their own and tackle the puzzles.
During the Scavenger Hunt I was reachable by phone in case any questions or small obstacles came up — otherwise the teams were left to themselves and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing team tasks together. This created genuine team play that brought participants closer together: typical for a team building experience in Kronberg im Taunus was the mix of excitement, camaraderie and a spirit of discovery.
The tasks led the teams to some of the most beautiful corners of Kronberg im Taunus. From the historic Kronberg Castle through Friedrichshof Palace to Quellenpark Kronthal, they often had to think cleverly, communicate well and act quickly. These shared challenges strengthen cohesion and produce surprising aha moments.
After three hours all groups met again at the St. Johann town church for the awards ceremony. In pleasant weather and high spirits the winning team LARA was celebrated — they received medals as a memento of their success (according to the results with 0 points). Such finales are the crowning moment of every event and highlight how much fun a team building experience in Kronberg im Taunus can be.
