Team Building Event Knüppel Verpackung GmbH & Co. KG
The perfect spring weather accompanied our iPad Tour and put everyone in a good mood in Hann. Münden. On May 17, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. I welcomed the 14 participants from Knüppel Verpackung GmbH & Co. KG at the marketplace and briefly explained the plan: a day of games, discovery and a team building experience.
After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads I split the group into three teams. Then off they went: the teams worked independently and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for solving puzzles correctly and completing tasks together — creativity, communication and speed counted. As team guide I was reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues came up.
On our route through Hann. Münden the participants discovered well-known sights and hidden perspectives. Between the historic Welfenschloss, the old Werra bridge and the distinctive Weserstein many great moments unfolded: spontaneous team photos, shared aha moments and loud cheers after successful tasks. Those kinds of encounters are what make our team building event special and show how we can bring team building experience to life in Hann. Münden.
The CityHunters iPad Tour combines modern technology with playful city exploration — the app connects teams, displays interim results in real time and keeps the competition exciting. As a guide it's especially rewarding to see how colleagues quickly turn into real teams while solving a challenge. After about three hours everyone met back at the marketplace for the joint awards ceremony. There was laughter, the winners were celebrated and groups briefly reflected on what they'd achieved together. To close the day I suggested a few nice spots in the old town to relax and unwind.
