Team Building Event Rensel GmbH & Co. KG
The weather was on our side, bathing a thoroughly successful afternoon in Oldenburg in sunshine.
On May 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM I met the group from Rensel GmbH & Co. KG at Schloßplatz in Oldenburg as the CityHunters team guide. After a brief welcome and introduction, I explained the format, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and showed how to solve the tasks and clues. We then split the 20 participants into four small teams, and the team building experience in Oldenburg began.
The teams set off and explored the city on their own. The route featured a variety of challenges: cracking puzzles, tackling creative group tasks and uncovering hidden clues. The stations led to well-known spots like Schloss Oldenburg, the Lambertikirche and the Oldenburgisches Staatstheater — ideal backdrops for a lively team building experience in Oldenburg. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any help was needed.
The mood was consistently positive and focused: participants laughed, puzzled over tasks and found solutions together. Those kinds of shared experiences strengthen bonds and clearly show how effective a team building experience in Oldenburg can be. The mix of puzzles, friendly competition and sightseeing produced plenty of aha moments and good conversations between stations.
After a set duration of three hours all teams returned to Schloßplatz, where we held the awards ceremony. In a special finale the team The First Champions came out on top — with 0 points. A surprising but cheerful end to an event defined by team spirit and good humor.
