Team Building Event JOST Entertainment GmbH
The sun was shining and perfect weather accompanied our Geocaching adventure in Nuremberg on 29 April 2024 at 3:00 PM.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 49 employees from JOST Entertainment GmbH at the meeting point in front of the Sheraton Carlton Hotel on Eilgutstraße. After a brief introduction we explained the format, handed out tablets with the CityHunters app preinstalled and divided the group into eight lively teams.
Then it began: a team building experience in Nuremberg at its liveliest. The teams set off on their own, discovered corners of the city and solved puzzling challenges that earned points. Whether at Nuremberg Castle, the Frauenkirche or the Albrecht Dürer House, every station put teamwork, creativity and powers of observation first.
During the tour the groups competed for the highest score. The tasks ranged from tricky puzzles to collaborative team tasks that required everyone to pitch in. I was available by phone throughout the tour and offered support whenever a question came up.
This is exactly how a team building experience in Nuremberg works: playful, challenging and connecting. You not only get to rediscover the city but also learn more about your colleagues in unusual situations. Exchange, strategic thinking and shared fun were clearly at the center.
After 2.5 hours all teams gathered again at the Sheraton Carlton Hotel for the award ceremony. There was tension in the air as the results were announced and then cheers for the winning team: Blue Stars clinched the victory with 0 points.
The event once again showed what an effective team building experience in Nuremberg can look like: energizing, connecting and full of positive energy. For everyone involved this afternoon will be remembered as a refreshing mix of city exploration, fun and genuine team spirit.
