Team Building Event OSI International Holding GmbH
The sun was shining that evening — perfect weather for our iPad Murder Mystery Tour through Augsburg on April 26, 2024 at 5:15 PM.
As the team guide I met 67 enthusiastic colleagues from OSI International Holding GmbH at Elias-Holl-Platz. After a warm welcome and a short introduction we split the group into 12 teams. Each team received an iPad with our app, which served as both compass and investigative tool: map view, clues and exciting cases accompanied the groups along the way. This turned the team building experience in Augsburg into a digital Scavenger Hunt.
The teams set off to explore the lovely city center — passing well-known spots like the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady. Along the route they encountered puzzles and joint tasks that could only be solved as a team. Points were awarded for logical thinking, quick solutions and creative teamwork. While I sent the groups on their way I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose.
The atmosphere was uniformly positive: lively conversations, focused heads tackling tricky challenges and frequent triumphant cheers whenever a team cracked a case. Events like this are exactly what a team building experience in Augsburg is about — fun, challenge and experiencing the city together as a playing field.
After two hours all teams met back at Elias-Holl-Platz for the award ceremony. Under a bright sky and in high spirits the best detective performances were celebrated and stories exchanged. The mix of competition, cooperation and city exploration clearly showed how shared challenges strengthen team cohesion.
As a team guide it was a joy to see the group grow closer while discovering Augsburg from a new perspective. Whether the Fuggerei, the Town Hall or the Cathedral — the city provided the perfect backdrop for a thrilling experience. A thoroughly successful event and once again a great example of a successful team building experience in Augsburg.
