Team Building Event EIT Health
Our event concept combines sightseeing, puzzle fun and genuine team spirit. On April 25, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. our Geocaching event for EIT Health began at Max-Joseph-Platz in Old Town. As team guide I accompanied 13 motivated participants, whom we split into three teams, and prepared them for two hours full of discoveries and shared challenges.
After a short introduction and a rundown of the schedule, we set off: equipped with the CityHunters app and the necessary tech, the teams entered a friendly competition. Everyone could contribute, every task mattered – from tricky puzzles to creative team challenges. I was available by phone during the tour in case any questions or small mishaps arose.
The route took the groups across the center of Old Town and to several well-known spots that kept delivering aha moments. Between the New Town Hall and the Frauenkirche, and with views toward the Deutsches Museum, the teams uncovered hidden clues, cracked codes and collected points. The mix of sights, stories and interactive tasks made the team building experience in Old Town especially lively.
Although the weather was only so-so, the mood remained pleasant: light cloud cover but warm enough for curious city strolls. Far from dampening spirits, these conditions created the perfect atmosphere for puzzling and laughing together. During short stops you could see trust grow and collaboration pick up speed. The team building experience in Old Town showed its best side that morning.
After exactly two hours we regrouped at Max-Joseph-Platz for the awards ceremony. There was great joy over successful team performances and little surprise moments; the winners were celebrated, and everyone left with a noticeably strengthened team dynamic. Experiences like this bond colleagues for the long term and create shared memories.
