Team Building Event Siemens Healthineers AG
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching experience for 20 colleagues from Siemens Healthineers AG in Würzburg on 18 April 2024. The meeting point was Marienplatz, where I welcomed the group and gave a short introduction: a team building experience in Würzburg with a twist — acting as investigators roaming the city.
After a concise briefing the participants were divided into four teams. Each team received a tablet with our app, which displayed the different cases and crime scenes. The mix of technology and adventure was an instant hit: analyzing clues, solving questions and completing team challenges — teams collected points while sharpening their collaboration. The team building experience in Würzburg thus became a playful challenge.
The route took the teams past well-known landmarks that turned into the stage for exciting investigations. In addition to the Würzburger Residenz and Festung Marienberg, participants saw the Alte Mainbrücke from a fresh perspective. Würzburg showed itself at its best: sunshine and good spirits added to the positive atmosphere.
During the two-hour tour the teams were largely on their own, competing in good spirits for the highest score. I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose, keeping the event smooth and relaxed. That is what makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching an ideal team building experience in Würzburg: excitement, communication and shared success are at the heart of it.
At the agreed time everyone returned to Marienplatz for the awards ceremony. The winning team was the group Würzburg Heros with 0 points — a result that sparked laughter and many anecdotes and showed that winning is nice, but shared experiences are even more valuable.
In the final feedback I heard a lot of positive comments: excitement about the puzzles, new insights into Würzburg and a strengthened team spirit. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Würzburg will find a lively mix of city exploration, puzzle fun and shared achievement — an event that will be remembered for a long time.
