Team Building Event Cedalo GmbH
The weather was perfect — sunny and mild, ideal for an active day in the city.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 16 participants from Cedalo GmbH on April 11, 2024 at 11:30. We met at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz, received a short briefing and split into three teams. The mood was upbeat and curious — perfect conditions for a real team building experience in Frankfurt.
After a brief explanation of the tour and a look at the tasks, we were off: equipped with tablets and the CityHunters app, the groups explored the city center. Along the route there were engaging puzzles, tricky codes and creative team challenges that earned points. The teams were on their own during the tour and competed in a friendly rivalry — a genuine team building experience in Frankfurt that promotes collaboration and a lot of fun.
The route led participants past well-known spots such as the Römer, St. Bartholomew's Cathedral and the Alte Oper. At each station they found information, little city stories and tasks that required sharp observation and team spirit. In doing so the participants discovered Frankfurt from a different, interactive side.
I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical problems came up. That gave the teams confidence while they worked independently, discussed tactics and got stuck in.
After exactly 3.00 hours everyone met again at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz for the awards ceremony. The tension was high as the points were tallied — and then we celebrated the winning team with medals. Moments like these strengthen cohesion and stay with the team as positive memories for a long time.
Geocaching combines a spirit of discovery with tricky challenges and is a wonderful team building experience in Frankfurt. For me as a guide, the smiling faces and the palpable team dynamic were the best result of this eventful day.
