Team Building Event Neurotech GmbH
Our Geocaching event combines city exploration, puzzle fun and teamwork into an immersive team building experience in Frankfurt.
On April 9, 2024 at 6:15 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming 47 employees of Neurotech GmbH to the Scandic Hotel Museumsufer on Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße as their team guide. After a brief introduction the participants were divided into eight teams and given the necessary clues along with a device running the CityHunters app. I explained the procedure demonstrated the technology and was available for any questions, reachable by phone throughout the tour.
Then off they went: the teams set out on their own through Frankfurt city center with the goal of collecting as many points as possible. Points were awarded for correct puzzle answers and for creative team tasks. The assignments led the groups to well known landmarks and to hidden corners so that alongside the competitive spirit there was plenty of opportunity to discover the city. It was especially lovely to see the teams come alive against historic backdrops like the Römer the Alte Oper and the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus.
The weather cooperated and contributed greatly to the relaxed atmosphere — perfect conditions for a genuine team building experience in Frankfurt. I repeatedly saw team members bring different strengths to the table: puzzles were solved together decisions were made and small creative contributions were carried out. That is exactly what makes our approach so effective: playing exploring and finding solutions together.
After about 2.25 hours all teams returned to the Scandic where we reviewed the results together and held a celebratory awards ceremony. The suspense lasted until the winners were announced and the delight over creative solutions and athletic effort was palpable everywhere.
Evenings like this demonstrate how lasting a team building experience in Frankfurt can be: with fun adventure and small challenges you strengthen cohesion and create shared memories. It was a thoroughly successful evening with Neurotech GmbH, full of laughter team spirit and fresh impressions of the city.
