Team Building Event Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH
On March 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. I welcomed seven participants from Stöbich Brandschutz GmbH at the cathedral square in Brunswick for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching. As the team guide I introduced the experience, briefly explained the format and the technology — tablets with a special app accompanied the teams on their search for clues through the city.
The group was split into three teams and soon everyone set off on their own. Along the route through Brunswick familiar spots became the scenes of mysterious cases: from Brunswick Cathedral we passed historic locations like Dankwarderode Castle and the Herzog Anton Ulrich Museum. Each team collected clues, solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks to earn points. What began as sightseeing turned into a genuine team building experience in Brunswick.
During the tour I monitored the teams from a distance and was reachable by phone in case questions or minor issues came up. The atmosphere was consistently positive: the participants laughed, worked together on challenges and supported one another. It is precisely this mix of suspense and cooperation that makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching an ideal component for a team building experience in Brunswick.
The scoring rewarded not only speed but above all clever case-solving and the quality of the team tasks. Each team played to its strengths, discussed strategies and celebrated small victories along the way — teamwork was front and center, and the fun was palpable.
After three hours everyone met back at the cathedral square for the awards ceremony. In bright weather we enjoyed the finale and the chance to exchange experiences. The winner was honored, but what mattered most were the new impressions and the strengthened sense of togetherness.
