Team Building Event PreZero Stiftung & Co.KG
Our event concept combines a spirit of discovery, puzzle-solving fun and shared experiences into a lively Geocaching experience — ideal for a team building experience.
As a CityHunters team guide, on 19 March 2024 at 3:30 p.m. I welcomed nine participants from PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG at the market square in Heilbronn. After a short introduction, distribution of tablets and an explanation of the CityHunters app, the teams set off for the tour with great enthusiasm. The market square was the perfect starting point for our team building experience in Heilbronn.
Along the route through Heilbronn the teams discovered charming corners and well-known sights such as St. Kilian's Church, the Old Town Hall and the Fleischhaus. The tasks demanded problem-solving, creativity and communication: solving riddles, completing team challenges and finding hiding places — all ways to earn points in the competition to win. The participants moved independently and quickly noticed how puzzling together brings people closer.
I was available by phone throughout the three hours in case any questions came up or help was needed. That kept the tour safe while remaining exciting. The weather cooperated — sunny and pleasant — which lifted spirits and made the team building experience in Heilbronn even more enjoyable.
After exactly three hours all teams returned to the market square. The joint awards ceremony provided a festive finale: excitement, recognition for creative solutions and warm applause for the winners. It was lovely to see how people with different personalities came together to form a strong sense of unity.
For me as a guide it is especially rewarding when colleagues draw closer through playful challenges. Geocaching in Heilbronn offers exactly this mix of city discovery, fun and genuine team moments — whether uncovering historic buildings or chatting during a short break.
