Team Building Event PERM4 Permanent Recruiting GmbH
Seven colleagues from PERM4 Permanent Recruiting GmbH met on 15 March 2024 at 10:00 a.m. for a special outdoor event in Wolfsburg.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the group at the Courtyard by Marriott in the Allerpark and briefly explained how our iPad Murder Mystery Tour works. After a short briefing I split the participants into two teams — and then it was off: a team building experience in Wolfsburg that was action-packed and interactive.
The route led the teams past well-known spots such as the Autostadt, the Phæno and Wolfsburg Town Hall. Using the iPads and the integrated map view, the teams solved exciting puzzles and tackled team challenges. Every case solved and every correct answer scored points — a tangible competitive spirit was in the air, without taking away from the fun.
The team building experience in Wolfsburg really showed its strengths: colleagues got to know each other in new ways, coordinated actions, shared ideas and celebrated successful solutions together. During the tour the teams were largely on their own, though I remained reachable by phone for any technical questions or clarifications.
The weather cooperated and the mood was both lively and focused. Short bursts of cheering and discussion sprang up at various city locations whenever a tricky puzzle was finally cracked. This combination of puzzle fun, communication and moving between sites reinforces exactly what we aim for with a team building experience in Wolfsburg: camaraderie and good spirits.
After around two hours everyone met again at the Courtyard by Marriott in the Allerpark for the awards ceremony. In the brief closing round the points were counted and the winners announced — met with applause and lots of laughter. Experiences like this stick in the memory and boost team spirit.
