Team Building Event Allianz SE
The weather that afternoon was simply perfect for our adventure in Starnberg.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 16 colleagues from Allianz SE on 11 March 2024 at 3:45 pm. The meeting point was the Nepomukbrücke on Schiffbauerweg, where I gave a brief introduction and divided everyone into three small teams. After a short briefing and handing out our tablets loaded with the CityHunters app, the team building experience in Starnberg got underway.
With sharp minds and plenty of energy the teams set off through the town. Our route took them past well-known spots such as Schloss Starnberg, the Starnberger See Museum and the Historic Kaufhaus — wonderful places to discover Starnberg from a new perspective. Tasks ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team challenges that required cohesion and communication.
During the two hours the groups were on their own and enjoyed the competition to collect the most points. Points were earned by solving tasks correctly and mastering the challenges successfully. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case questions came up or support was needed, and I enjoyed watching many great team performances from afar.
The team building experience in Starnberg works exactly like this: playful, experience-oriented and with real added value for working together. The mix of navigation, puzzle-solving and local discovery made the event particularly varied and visibly strengthened team spirit.
After exactly two hours we met again at the Nepomukbrücke for the award ceremony. The mood was exuberant, and there was lots of laughter as people shared highlights from the tour — a perfect finish to our team building experience in Starnberg. Participants left with new impressions of Starnberg and a strengthened sense of togetherness.
