Team Building Event Scout24 SE
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a lively iPad Tour for 28 colleagues from Scout24 SE in Bad Belzig on 29 February 2024 at 4:00 pm. The meeting point, as agreed, was Paulinenhof on Kuhlowitzer Dorfstraße, where I welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and how to use the iPads. The atmosphere was eager and expectant from the start, the perfect foundation for a successful team building experience in Bad Belzig.
After the briefing I split the group into five teams. Each team received an iPad and soon set off through the town. Our iPad Tour blends modern technology with playful challenges: at various locations teams had to solve puzzles, complete creative team tasks and demonstrate observation skills. This is how a team building experience in Bad Belzig becomes lively and interactive.
The participants explored the town center and had the chance to see familiar sights like Burg Eisenhardt, the Brandenburg Organ Museum and St. Marien Church from a fresh perspective. The tasks led teams to architectural and cultural highlights and repeatedly gave rise to conversation and shared laughter.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed in good-natured rivalry for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout to offer quick support with any questions or problems, so each group felt well accompanied without losing their spirit of discovery.
After two hours everyone met back at Paulinenhof for a joyful awards ceremony. With the excellent weather it was a perfect setting to review the results together and celebrate the winners. Experiences like these not only strengthen team bonds but also create lasting memories of your team building experience in Bad Belzig.
