Team Building Event AG Pferd
Cloppenburg combines historic corners and a lively town center into a perfect playground for explorers.
As a CityHunters team guide I led an iPad Tour on 29.02.2024 at 7:15 pm for nine colleagues from AG Pferd. The meeting point was the square in front of the town hall, where I warmly welcomed the group and introduced them to the high-tech Scavenger Hunt. After a brief explanation of how to use the iPads and the CityHunters app we split the participants into two teams and the adventure began.
Our route took the teams through charming streets and past well-known sites: the Cloppenburg Open-Air Museum, St. Andreas Church and the Quatmannshof were just a few of the stops where tricky puzzles and creative challenges awaited. The iPad Tour combined modern technology with city exploration, creating ideal conditions for a successful team building experience in Cloppenburg.
Over the course of roughly two hours the teams moved independently and competed closely for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for joint team tasks, showing how important communication, powers of observation and good team spirit are. The app connected the groups and provided real-time feedback on scores, and I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or technical issues arose.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the square in front of the town hall for the award ceremony. In sunny weather we celebrated the winning team, which received medals on behalf of the group. The atmosphere was jubilant, and many participants said how much they enjoyed the balance of play, time pressure and collaborative problem-solving — a genuine team building experience in Cloppenburg that will be remembered for a long time.
