Team Building Event Sonnenbräu AG
The 30 participants from Sonnenbräu AG met on February 24, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Arnulfsplatz in Regensburg, full of curiosity and anticipation for a shared experience. As their CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group and divided them into six teams – a perfect start for a varied team building experience in Regensburg.
We began with a short briefing: I explained the schedule, introduced the digital solution and demonstrated how the app and tablets would guide the teams during the tour. Just as we always do at our events: a structured start, clear rules and plenty of room for initiative. The mood was fantastic – everyone was ready to discover Regensburg in a new way.
Along the route the teams enjoyed the most beautiful sights of Regensburg. At iconic spots such as Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall they encountered tricky puzzles, creative team tasks and hidden clues. The groups were on their own and competed fairly for the most points – points awarded for correct answers and clever teamwork. I was reachable by phone during the tour and could provide support if needed. The weather was decent and gave the city a pleasant backdrop for our team building experience in Regensburg.
After two intense hours all teams met again at Arnulfsplatz for the joint awards ceremony. There was excitement in the air as the results were announced: first place went to Team 1 – with 0 points and plenty of cheering for the shared success. Whatever the score, fun came first: laughter, creative solutions and the camaraderie clearly showed what our Geocaching format is meant to achieve.
Formats like this are perfect if you are looking for a team building experience in Regensburg: a mix of city exploration, play and genuine collaboration. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in Regensburg and to helping more teams discover new things together and grow as a group.
