Team Building Event NTT DATA Deutschland

As a CityHunters team guide I accompanied an iPad Tour on February 22, 2024 at 6:30 PM for 17 employees from NTT DATA Deutschland. We met at the train station where I greeted the group and gave a brief introduction to how the iPads and the CityHunters App work. After that we split the participants into three teams — the starting signal for a lively team building experience.
Our iPad Tour in Herrsching am Ammersee combines modern technology with city exploration: the teams navigated the town centre on their own, solved puzzles, completed creative team tasks and collected points. Visible landmarks such as St. Martin Church, Villa Sturm and the pier provided charming backdrops for the challenges and encouraged careful observation and collaboration. This offers a completely new way to experience team building in Herrsching am Ammersee.
During the Tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly race for the highest score. The CityHunters App connected the groups, displayed interim standings and added extra motivation. I was available by phone to help with questions or technical issues — a small support that brought a lot of calm to the teams.
After about an hour and a half everyone met back at the train station for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was relaxed and upbeat: there was laughter, results were reviewed and successes celebrated. The good weather supported the easygoing mood and rounded off the evening.
As a guide I am always impressed by how quickly people come together while solving puzzles. Our iPad Tour is more than just a game — it is a real team building experience in Herrsching am Ammersee that strengthens team spirit and fosters encounters.
