Team Building Event Rossmann
The day showed its best side — soft light, crisp air and perfect weather accompanied our event on 23 November 2023 at 4:00 PM in Augsburg.
As the team guide I met the 14 participants from the company Rossmann at Elias-Holl-Platz and welcomed them to our Murder Mystery Geocaching. After a short introduction the colleagues were split into two teams and equipped with tablets running our special app, which held the cases and tasks. Thus began an exciting team building experience in Augsburg that immediately put everyone in a great mood.
The tour led the teams through Augsburg city center, turning familiar spots into scenes for our investigations. Among the places we encountered were the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Dear Lady — landmarks that took on a new, interactive role through the challenges. The combination of digital guidance and real-world stations made the Murder Mystery Geocaching an intense experience and demonstrated how appealing a team building experience in Augsburg can be.
For three hours the teams were left to their own devices, competing in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, clever team tasks and quick on-site reasoning. I was of course reachable by phone in case questions or minor issues came up — but mostly you could hear focused puzzle-solving and cheerful laughter.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at Elias-Holl-Platz for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant, successes were celebrated and the colleagues could be proud of their teamwork. Moments like these show how much positive potential a shared adventure can unlock.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching once again proved how effective and fun a team building experience in Augsburg can be: exciting, varied and full of team spirit. I already look forward to the next time we use the city as the setting for an unforgettable team building event.
