Team Building Event Lufthansa Technik AG
The 14 participants from Lufthansa Technik AG met punctually at 12:00 at the back of the main church Sankt Petri, ready for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching in Old Town.
As the team guide I welcomed the group, briefly explained the plan and split the participants into three teams. After a short briefing each team received a tablet with our app that guided them through the different cases and stations. Thus began our joint search for clues through the city center, a lively team building experience in Old Town that got minds and legs moving.
The route led the teams past well-known sights such as the Elbphilharmonie, the Speicherstadt and the Chilehaus. At these and other locations tricky puzzles and shared team challenges awaited, offering points to be won. The teams moved independently during the tour and engaged in a friendly contest for the highest score. As team guide I was available by phone in case anyone needed assistance.
The weather showed its rougher side, but the light rain and fresh air did nothing to dampen spirits; on the contrary, the unusual conditions added extra excitement and a strong sense of camaraderie. Moments like these strengthen team spirit and make our team building experience in Old Town especially memorable.
After exactly three hours all groups met again at the back of the main church Sankt Petri for the final awards ceremony. It was wonderful to see how varied the approaches to solving the challenges were and how much collaboration had been encouraged. The winning team was Die kleinen Klopfer with 0 points.
