Team Building Event Fachstelle Sucht Rastatt Baden-Baden
Our event concept combines modern technology, engaging puzzles and the most beautiful corners of the city into a lively iPad experience.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading a cheerful iPad Tour on October 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM for seven colleagues from the Fachstelle Sucht Rastatt Baden-Baden at the market square. After a short welcome and an introduction to the CityHunters App, participants were divided into three teams and equipped with iPads — the starting signal for a real team building experience in Baden-Baden.
In bright weather the groups set off and explored the city center on their own. The tour led past well-known sights such as the Festspielhaus, the Museum Frieder Burda and the Fabergé Museum, without us prescribing too many details of the route. At the stations, varied puzzles and joint team tasks invited participation, earning points while promoting creativity and cooperation. The teams competed in a friendly battle for the highest score, while I remained available by phone as the team guide to assist with any questions.
The combination of a high-tech Scavenger Hunt and city discovery made experiencing Baden-Baden especially vivid: the CityHunters App connected the groups, provided hints and kept the interaction dynamic. The shared problem-solving, laughter and small competitive moments boosted the mood and created genuine encounters — exactly what makes a good team building experience in Baden-Baden.
After three hours all teams met again at the market square for the awards ceremony. To everyone’s delight the team Die phantastischen Vier emerged as the winners, with zero points to their name, which brought many smiles and underlined the fun of the day. Those unexpected moments are simply part of the experience and stay in the memory.
It was an entertaining, energizing afternoon full of team spirit, discoveries and good cheer.
