Team Building Event ERM GmbH
Twenty motivated employees of ERM GmbH met punctually on October 19, 2023 at 2:30 PM at the Equatorial sundial — ready for a shared adventure through Frankfurt.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a brief run-through of the plan and divided the participants into five teams. As with our events, the teams received tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app; I explained how to use it and went over the rules so everyone was well prepared for the team building experience in Frankfurt.
The teams then set off on their own. The route led across the city center to various sights — from the lively atmosphere at the Römer to striking views of the Alte Oper and the historic Kaiserdom. At each stop they faced tricky puzzles and collaborative challenges where points could be earned. It was clear that teamwork, creativity and observational skills were needed.
Throughout the tour the teams operated independently and engaged in a friendly competition for the highest score. For technical questions or uncertainties I was reachable by phone to provide quick support and keep the game flowing. The weather was pleasant, which kept the mood consistently upbeat and energetic.
After exactly three hours the app guided all teams back to the Equatorial sundial, where we celebrated with a joint awards ceremony. The tallying of points created suspense and plenty of applause — a perfect finale for this team building experience in Frankfurt.
Activities like this combine hands-on fun with the chance to rediscover the city: Geocaching in Frankfurt brings colleagues together, promotes communication and strengthens team spirit. Whether solving the puzzle in front of the Städel Museum or tackling a creative team task near the Paulskirche, participants left with more than just the points they had earned.
I am delighted that the ERM team was so committed. Team building experience in Frankfurt creates lasting memories — and we hope to go on another discovery tour together soon.
