Team Building Event TransnetBW GmbH
The participants from TransnetBW GmbH arrived that afternoon full of curiosity and energy — 16 colleagues met me as the CityHunters team guide at the Hotel am Remspark, promptly at 4:00 PM on 16 October 2023.
After a brief welcome and an introduction to the CityHunters app, I split the group into three teams. Each team received an iPad with a map, a location indicator and the first cases of the iPad Murder Mystery Tour. After about two and a half hours everyone gathered again at the Hotel am Remspark for the joint awards ceremony. When tallying the points and presenting the small prizes, it became clear how much shared challenges bring people together — a typical outcome of a successful team building experience in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Sharing favorite moments and the best problem-solving approaches rounded off the afternoon.
As a team guide, it was rewarding to see the city itself — with buildings like the Stadtarchiv and the churches — become a stage for cooperation and fun.
