Team Building Event Median Gesundheitsdienste
Koblenz enchants with its mix of Rhine views, historic architecture and a lively city center — the perfect setting for our Murder Mystery Geocaching as a team building event.
On 13 October 2023 at 10:00 I, as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed 15 participants from the company Median Gesundheitsdienste at Josef-Görres-Platz. After a short introduction we split the group into three teams and explained the format: with tablets and a special app the teams set off on their city adventure. The goal was clear: gather clues, solve puzzles and complete team challenges to earn as many points as possible.
The route took the teams past well-known sights — from the imposing Ehrenbreitstein Fortress to the Kaiser-Wilhelm monument at the Deutsches Eck and historic churches like St. Kastor. These landmarks briefly became the scenes of our interactive murder mystery and invited everyone to discover Koblenz from a fresh perspective. Once again it was clear how much the team building experience in Koblenz benefits from shared activities.
During the tour the teams were left to their own devices, competing in a friendly race for the highest score. The tasks combined logical thinking, creativity and communication — exactly the ingredients that make the team building experience in Koblenz both effective and entertaining. I was reachable by phone throughout the game to help with technical questions or any uncertainties.
After three hours all groups returned to Josef-Görres-Platz for the final tally and award ceremony. In bright weather and good spirits we celebrated the successful investigations, praised particularly clever team solutions and briefly reflected on what each person could take away for future collaboration. Such shared successes have a lasting positive effect on teamwork.
It is always wonderful to see how quickly strangers become a well-coordinated team. Our Murder Mystery Geocaching combines play, a discovery tour and a genuine team building experience in Koblenz — a professional, exciting format that resonates long after the event. I already look forward to the next adventure in this vibrant city.
