Team Building Event Sika Deutschland GmbH
The 170 colleagues of Sika Deutschland GmbH met on October 10, 2023 at 2:00 PM for an exciting iPad Murder Mystery Tour in Ludwigsburg.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group at the Forum am Schlosspark, gave a brief introduction, and handed out the iPads. Thirty-two teams were quickly formed, each setting off with curiosity and determination. After a short explanation of the app and the game rules, the big puzzle adventure began and every team followed its own route through the city.
The teams roamed Ludwigsburg, solving tricky puzzles and creative team challenges to earn points. The route passed well-known sights: the impressive Ludwigsburg Residential Palace, the picturesque Schloss Favorite, and the modern surroundings of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Laughter, tactical discussions, and the joyful relief when a clue was solved could be heard again and again. This active interaction made clear how valuable a team building experience in Ludwigsburg can be.
Throughout the tour the teams were left to their own devices, competing in a friendly race for the most points. I was available by phone to assist with questions or technical problems, so everyone felt safe and well supported. The weather played along perfectly, so the combination of fresh air, city discovery, and shared problem solving provided ideal conditions for a genuine team building experience in Ludwigsburg.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the Forum am Schlosspark for the award ceremony. The mood was exuberant as the top teams were celebrated and the first to third place teams proudly received their medals. Fun, collaboration, and the shared feeling of success were at the heart of the event, exactly what our iPad Murder Mystery Tour is all about.
It was an altogether successful afternoon that showed how much an interactive event can bring people together.
