Team Building Event Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co.KG
Perfect autumn weather accompanied our iPad Tour and put everyone in a great mood.
As the CityHunters team guide, on October 10, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. I had the pleasure of welcoming the 67 employees of Wörwag Pharma GmbH & Co. KG in Böblingen. The meeting point was at Flugfeld-Allee, where I greeted the group and introduced them to the digital Scavenger Hunt. After a brief briefing on the iPads and the CityHunters App, participants were split into 10 teams — then off they went: a pure team building experience in Böblingen.
The teams were on their own during the tour, navigating the town independently. Our iPad challenges led them to well-known spots around Böblingen and invited creative participation. Whether in front of Motorworld Region Stuttgart, at the Stadtpfarrkirche St. Dionysius, or near the Schönbuch Braumanufaktur, puzzles and team tasks that earned points awaited everywhere. The mix of local history, modern highlights, and playful challenges made the team building event lively and exciting.
The tasks demanded cooperation, powers of observation, and quick decision-making. While the teams competed for the most points, I was available by phone at all times to answer questions or provide technical support. That kind of support builds the trust that makes a team building experience in Böblingen both effective and relaxed.
After roughly two hours all groups met back at the starting point on Flugfeld-Allee for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant as we announced the three winning teams and awarded medals for first through third place. It was wonderful to see how much team spirit, fun, and motivation the groups showed.
