Team Building Event Cocon Waldtrudering GmbH & Co. KG
The sun was shining on our event day, providing perfect conditions as I welcomed the 13 people from Cocon Waldtrudering GmbH & Co. KG at Max-Joseph-Platz on October 2, 2023 at 11:30 AM.
As team guide I led a short introduction and handed out the tablets with our app, the heart of the Murder Mystery Geocaching. The participants were then split into three teams and set off: an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching across Old Town began. Our route took the teams past well-known spots such as the Frauenkirche, the Deutsches Museum and the Neues Rathaus, which served as locations for clues and tasks.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly challenge for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for successful team tasks — creativity, communication and speed paid off. I was reachable by phone throughout the game in case of questions or small hurdles, and I enjoyed the positive feedback along the way.
The atmosphere was consistently lively and motivated: people analyzed, discussed and laughed together. Moments like these show how effective a team building experience in Old Town can be — when teams puzzle together, make decisions and celebrate successes. The event was an ideal opportunity to strengthen collaboration and discover the city from a fresh perspective.
After about 2.5 hours all groups returned to Max-Joseph-Platz for a joint awards ceremony. In bright weather we announced the winning team, exchanged impressions and celebrated the clever solutions. Experiences like these make a team building event in Old Town something special: exciting, connecting and unforgettable. I am already looking forward to the next Murder Mystery Geocaching and to inspiring teams in Old Town again.
