Team Building Event Mercedes-Benz
The weather was perfect for our outing through Stuttgart and provided the ideal conditions for an energetic afternoon.
As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 27 participants from Mercedes-Benz at the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz on September 28, 2023 at 3:00 PM. After a short briefing we got underway: the group was split into five teams, each received the task instructions, and the search for clues and solutions began.
Our Geocaching tour playfully combined exploring the city and a team building experience in Stuttgart. Teams wandered through the city center, discovered corners around the Schlossplatz area, took in the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, and passed the Old Castle and the Collegiate Church. Small puzzles and team challenges repeatedly created creative moments and plenty of communication within the groups.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and completing tasks together. I remained available by phone to quickly assist with any questions or technical issues.
The team building experience in Stuttgart showed itself at its best here: the mix of action, clever thinking and city atmosphere brought joy, practiced cooperation and gave rise to new dynamics within the teams. Many participants used the time to exchange ideas, contribute strengths and develop solutions together.
After exactly three hours all groups returned to the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz for the final round and award ceremony. Tension ran high until the winning team was finally announced: the Koordinatenjäger with 0 points. A result that sparked plenty of conversation and did not dampen the mood.
All in all it was a thoroughly successful afternoon full of positive energy, smiling faces and exciting discoveries.
