Team Building Event Fire Holding GmbH
Perfect late-summer weather accompanied our iPad Tour and made the evening in Bamberg a real pleasure.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming the 20 participants from Fire Holding GmbH at the Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg on Mußstraße on September 27, 2023 at 5:30 pm. After a brief introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app we divided the group into three teams — the excitement was tangible.
Our iPad Tour in Bamberg blends modern technology with urban curiosity: participants navigated the old town on their own, solved puzzles and completed creative team tasks. It was not just about speed but about collaboration, ingenuity and experiencing the city’s history together.
Along the route we passed landmarks such as Bamberg Cathedral and the Old Town Hall, and the view up to the Benedictine monastery on Michelsberg sparked conversation and strategy. Small clues about the Bamberger Reiter provided aha moments and showed how exciting a team building experience in Bamberg can be.
The teams competed in a friendly contest for the highest points awarded for correctly solved tasks and successful teamwork. During the tour I was reachable by phone in case any questions or technical problems arose — safety and support were always available.
After two intense hours all groups met back at the Welcome Kongresshotel Bamberg for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was cheerful and appreciative as the winning team received medals. Small ceremonies like that strengthen team bonds and stay in people’s memories.
To me every event shows anew how well a team building experience in Bamberg works: the combination of games, culture and surprising tasks brings colleagues closer together and inspires more shared adventures in this city.
I am already looking forward to the next time we roam through Bamberg with iPads and watch teams take on interactive challenges.
