Team Building Event EOS Technology Solutions GmbH
The perfect late summer weather accompanied our Murder Mystery Geocaching on September 27, 2023 at 4:30 PM in Old Town – sunshine, pleasant air and great spirits for an unforgettable team experience.
As a team guide for CityHunters I welcomed the 24 participants from EOS Technology Solutions GmbH at the rear of St. Peter's main church. After a short briefing four teams were formed and equipped with tablets and our special app. Thus began the hunt through the city: real crime atmosphere combined with modern technology – typical for our team building experience in Old Town.
The teams roamed the city on their own, discovered clues at well-known spots and solved tricky puzzles. The route led them into the atmosphere of the Speicherstadt, past striking architecture like the Chilehaus, and offered views of the Elbphilharmonie. Familiar sights became the settings for exciting challenges and promoted exactly what the team building experience in Old Town is about: communication, creativity and cohesion.
During the tour the teams competed in a friendly contest – points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team challenges. I was reachable by phone the entire time to help with questions or technical issues, but I gave the groups enough freedom to develop their strategies and investigate independently.
After three hours all groups returned to the rear of St. Peter's main church, where the award ceremony took place. Faces were beaming, successes were celebrated and anecdotes were exchanged – these are the moments that make our team building experience in Old Town so special. It was rewarding to see how a wide range of skills came together and the sense of team spirit visibly strengthened.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching combines excitement, fun and real added value for any company looking for a team building experience in Old Town. For me as a guide the evening remains a fond memory: motivated participants, a great atmosphere and the city of Old Town once again proving the perfect stage for shared adventures.
