Team Building Event Stadtwerke Bayreuth Energie und Wasser GmbH
Bright sunshine and pleasant temperatures accompanied our iPad Murder Mystery Tour through Bayreuth — ideal conditions for a day full of puzzles, fun and team spirit.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming the group from Stadtwerke Bayreuth Energie und Wasser GmbH on September 26, 2023 at noon. The meeting point was the Hofgarten Bayreuth, where all 17 participants gathered. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads I divided the group into four teams. The teams then set off on their own to explore the city center and solve the cases.
The tour combined exciting murder mystery puzzles with a city exploration: alongside historic facades and hidden corners the route passed sights such as the Margravial Opera House, Haus Wahnfried and the New Palace Bayreuth. Each puzzle became a small discovery trip — a perfect team building experience in Bayreuth where culture and action came together.
During the roughly three-hour event the teams competed for the most points: correctly solved puzzles and creative team challenges earned points, and tactical decisions and communication were required. The groups worked independently and with great commitment; I remained reachable by phone at all times in case questions arose or technical support was needed. This mix of competition and cooperation makes our format a particularly effective team building experience in Bayreuth.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the Hofgarten Bayreuth for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant and proud — successes were celebrated and especially clever solutions recognized. Moments like these show how much team cohesion emerges from shared challenges. This kind of team building experience in Bayreuth is not only fun but also lasting.
I am pleased that with this iPad Murder Mystery Tour we not only solved exciting puzzles but also strengthened the team spirit of Stadtwerke Bayreuth Energie und Wasser GmbH.
