Team Building Event enthus Managed Services GmbH
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure on September 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. of leading an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching with 34 participants from enthus Managed Services GmbH. The meeting point was the flea market in Nuremberg, where we welcomed everyone, gave a short introduction and split the 34 people into five teams. The mood was positive and full of anticipation from the start — the perfect foundation for a successful team building experience in Nuremberg.
Armed with tablets and our dedicated app, the teams set off on an interactive crime story that invited participants to discover the city from a new perspective. Along the route they passed well-known sights such as Nuremberg Castle, the Frauenkirche and the Albrecht Dürer House. These locations became the scenes for small puzzles and exciting challenges.
During the tour the teams were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and completing group tasks. I was reachable by phone throughout the game to help with questions or technical issues, so every group could continue at ease and focus fully on the investigation.
The weather played its part, lifting the atmosphere and enhancing the shared experience. The mix of puzzle fun, city exploration and mutual support showed why a team building experience in Nuremberg is so effective: participants discovered strengths, communicated actively and, above all, had fun.
After three hours all teams met again at the flea market for the awards ceremony. It was a warm closing moment when the winning team was announced: Team 1 won the event with 0 points. This surprising result was met with lots of laughter and applause and underlined the positive, connecting spirit of the day.
As a guide it was a great pleasure to see how the Murder Mystery Geocaching brought the group together. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Nuremberg will find a blend of adventure, puzzle fun and lasting cohesion — an experience that resonates long after the event.
