Team Building Event Baker Tilly Berlin
The sun stayed with us all afternoon, perfect weather for our iPad Tour in Prague.
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming 26 participants from Baker Tilly Berlin at 2:30 PM on September 21, 2023 at the central meeting point in Křemencova. After a warm introduction to the CityHunters App and a brief tutorial on using the iPads the groups were formed: five eager teams prepared for their adventure.
Our iPad Tour combined history, culture and modern technology in an inspiring way, just right for a team building experience in Prague. The teams set off, navigating the Old Town independently and discovering famous landmarks such as the Charles Bridge, St. Vitus Cathedral and the Old Town Square. At various stations they faced tricky puzzles and creative team challenges that tested observation, communication and speed.
During the Tour the teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks. I was available by phone throughout the Tour in case help was needed, but for the most part the groups were able to find the best solutions on their own and encourage each other.
The team building experience in Prague was at its best that day: solving puzzles together, laughing against historic backdrops and the chance to explore Prague in an active and interactive way noticeably strengthened team cohesion. The CityHunters App provided a clear overview and a motivating live dynamic between the teams.
After exactly two hours all teams met again at the starting point in Křemencova for the award ceremony. The winning team was Skoda Silverstar and they were awarded medals; they emerged as the victors, officially with 0 points. The atmosphere was exuberant, proud and full of positive energy.
For me as a guide this day remains a wonderful example of how a team building experience in Prague combines fun, challenge and memorable moments. I would be happy to accompany your team on this modern Scavenger Hunt through Prague, an unforgettable afternoon is guaranteed.
