Team Building Event Prime Capital AG
The late-summer sunshine provided the perfect backdrop today for an unforgettable team building event in Frankfurt.
On September 14, 2023 at 2:00 PM I, as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed 11 participants from Prime Capital AG at Römerberg by the Fountain of Justice. After a short introduction the groups were split into two teams and off they went: a team building experience in Frankfurt that was active and full of excitement.
Armed with tablets and our CityHunters app the teams set off, discovering corners of the city and solving puzzles. I explained the procedure, gave technical tips and remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or problems arose.
The route led the groups past well-known sights such as the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Alte Oper. Fun and cooperation were at the heart of it: team challenges and tricky puzzles made every voice in the team count and led to shared strategies — a real team building experience in Frankfurt.
The competitive spirit energized the teams: points were awarded for correctly solved tasks and creative team performances. The atmosphere was lively, the participants motivated, and exploring the city kept delivering little aha moments and plenty of laughter.
After three hours everyone met back at our starting point at Römerberg for the awards ceremony. The mood was fantastic, and the shared closing experience rounded the day off perfectly. Moments like these show that a team building experience in Frankfurt brings colleagues together in a playful and lasting way.
