Team Building Event Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH
The eight participants from Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH met promptly on September 12, 2023 at 5:30 PM for the start of their iPad Murder Mystery Tour in Einbeck.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at Hotel Freigeist Einbeck and gave a brief introduction to using the iPads and to the schedule. We then split the group into two teams — and off they went: a team building experience in Einbeck like no other. The iPads guided the teams through the historic lanes, past Einbeck market square, the PS-Speicher and the Einbecker Brauhaus, turning the town into an interactive investigation ground.
During the tour the teams were left to their own devices and competed against each other in friendly rivalry. By solving puzzles correctly and mastering joint team tasks they could collect points; the score display on the devices provided extra motivation. I was reachable by phone throughout the game in case of technical questions or strategic queries — safety and support are part of our team building experience in Einbeck.
The combination of digital clue-hunting and remarkable real-world locations made the tour both exciting and bonding. The teams examined historic facades, worked on puzzles at St. Alexandri Minster and admired the lovingly preserved details of the Old Town Hall. Perfect weather helped too: sunshine, great spirits and plenty of shared experiences turned colleagues into real detectives.
After one and a half hours everyone met back at Hotel Freigeist Einbeck for the awards ceremony. Despite a close decision the team the bulls emerged as the winners — with 0 points, which made us all smile and made the evening particularly memorable. This experience once again showed how much an iPad Murder Mystery promotes communication and combines fun with a genuine team building experience.
An evening like this is a great example of how a team building experience in Einbeck brings work teams closer together, sparks conversations and creates shared successes — something the participants will surely remember fondly for a long time.
