Team Building Event Körber AG
The weather that evening was perfect: sunny and mild, an ideal setting for an active exploration of the city. On September 5, 2023 at 6:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming 13 enthusiastic colleagues from Körber AG at the Kaiserbrunnen on Markstätte as the CityHunters team guide.
After a brief greeting and an introduction to the game format, we split the group into three teams. Each team received a tablet with the CityHunters app, which guided the route and the tasks. I explained the schedule and rules before the groups set off with plenty of energy.
With this Geocaching format fun was clearly the focus: the teams were left to their own devices and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing team tasks together. During the tour my team and I were reachable by phone in case anyone had questions or needed assistance.
The route led through the lively center of Constance and took participants to beautiful and noteworthy spots. From the Constance Cathedral past the Imperia to the Rhine bridge there was much to discover, including small hidden squares and surprising perspectives on the city. It is exactly these discoveries that make a team building experience in Constance so special.
After two hours all teams met again at the Kaiserbrunnen for the joint awards ceremony. There were exuberant moments, plenty of laughter and a well-deserved round of applause for the winning team. Experiences like these strengthen cohesion and the team building experience in Constance was clearly noticeable that evening.
