Team Building Event Haberfellner Mühle GmbH
Passau enchants with its baroque architecture, the meeting of three rivers and lively streets – a perfect backdrop for exploring together. On September 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of guiding an iPad Tour for the employees of Haberfellner Mühle GmbH as a CityHunters team guide.
The meeting point was on Höllgasse, where 33 participants gathered. After a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads, the groups were split into five teams. The aim was clear: solve puzzles together, master creative team tasks and collect as many points as possible – a genuine team building experience in Passau.
Our route led through the old town with attractive stops at landmarks such as St. Stephen's Cathedral, Veste Oberhaus and Passau Town Hall. The mix of history, culture and modern technology made the tour varied and engaging: some stations required careful observation, others tactical thinking and inventiveness.
During the tour the teams were mostly on their own and competed against each other in good spirit. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks. The CityHunters app provided live feedback and scores, keeping the excitement alive until the end. As team guide I was available by phone in case questions or technical issues arose.
The weather cooperated and added to the great atmosphere – sunny hours perfect for an entertaining afternoon in the city. After about two hours all groups returned to the starting point on Höllgasse for the award ceremony. In that relaxed setting the teams shared successes, laughed and celebrated their team spirit.
