Team Building Event Jugendberatung bib
Our event concept blends urban exploration, suspense and teamwork into an active Murder Mystery Geocaching experience – exactly what we ran on August 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM with Jugendberatung bib. As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed 31 participants at Cathedral Square and immediately felt the excitement for a shared adventure.
After a brief introduction I divided the group into five teams. Each team received a tablet with our app, which showed the route and the various cases through the city center. Modern geocaching became an interactive search for clues and turned the Murder Mystery Geocaching into a lively team building experience.
The teams set off and explored Brunswick from fresh perspectives. Stops took us past well-known spots – from Brunswick Cathedral to Dankwarderode Castle and the Herzog Anton Ulrich Museum. At each station they collected clues, solved puzzles and completed small team tasks. Points were awarded for correct answers and good collaboration, and a friendly competition quickly developed.
During the tour the teams were largely self-directed and organized themselves independently. I stayed reachable by phone, helped with questions and made sure everyone felt safe and well cared for. This balance of personal responsibility and support is typical of successful team building experiences in Brunswick.
The weather cooperated perfectly: sunshine and pleasant temperatures made the investigations even more enjoyable. Laughter, creative problem-solving and mutual encouragement set the tone, and it was impressive to see how many different strengths came together.
After two hours all teams met again at Cathedral Square for the joint award ceremony. Excitement, applause and proud faces accompanied the announcement of the winning teams. More than just a competition, the event left a tangible sense of motivation and connection.
