Team Building Event Ranft ProjektPartner GmbH
The twelve participants from Ranft ProjektPartner GmbH gathered at Marienplatz full of anticipation, ready for a shared adventure in Würzburg.
As the team guide I welcomed everyone and briefly explained the concept: our Murder Mystery Geocaching blends exciting investigative work with a playful way to discover the city. After a short briefing I split the group into two teams and went over the technology — each team worked with a tablet where the app displayed the next crime scenes and puzzles. That was the start of our team building event, designed perfectly as a genuine team building experience in Würzburg.
In bright sunshine the teams set off on their own. The route passed well-known spots, giving us views toward the Würzburger Residenz, the Festung Marienberg and the Alte Mainbrücke. At each station challenging tasks and team exercises awaited, offering points to be won. The participants combined detective instincts, creativity and communication — exactly the qualities we wanted to foster during this team building experience in Würzburg.
During the tour I remained available by phone in case of questions or technical problems. The motto was investigate independently, but never completely alone. The teams enjoyed a friendly competition for the most points, solved puzzles, collected clues and debated lively about possible suspects. It was wonderful to watch colleagues support one another and discover new sides of each other.
After exactly three hours everyone reconvened at Marienplatz for the award ceremony. The atmosphere was jubilant and proud — regardless of placement every group had shared lots of experiences and laughter. The winning team this time was Die Killa with 0 points, a result that brought good-humored amusement and charmingly underscored the team spirit.
Events like this show how powerful a team building experience in Würzburg can be: excitement, city exploration and collaboration all in one. I look forward to more groups wanting to see Würzburg from this fresh perspective — perhaps you will discover your own trail too.
