Team Building Event Krombacher Brauerei B. Schadeberg GmbH & Co. KG
The weather was perfect, with sunny skies and pleasant warmth accompanying our investigation.
As a team guide from CityHunters, I was pleased to welcome the 11 participants from Krombacher Brauerei B. Schadeberg GmbH & Co. KG at Grabbeplatz on 22.08.2023 at 13:30. After a short briefing, the participants were split into two teams and given the clues for their Murder Mystery Geocaching – all in the spirit of an active team building experience in Düsseldorf.
Equipped with the app on a tablet, the teams set off through Düsseldorf. The route led past well-known spots like Museum Kunstpalast, the Rheinturm and the elegant Königsallee. At each station they faced tricky puzzles and collaborative tasks that required smart problem solving, clear communication and team spirit. The challenges promoted exactly what the team building experience in Düsseldorf is about: cooperation, motivation and shared moments of success.
Although the teams were on their own during the tour and engaged in a friendly competition for the most points, I remained reachable by phone throughout in case of technical questions or other issues. It was impressive to see how differently the teams approached the tasks and how much each individual contributed their strengths.
After three exciting hours, all teams returned to Grabbeplatz for the joint award ceremony. The mood was upbeat, laughter was abundant and conversations were full of aha moments about discovered clues and solved cases. Experiences like these not only strengthen the sense of togetherness, they’re also great fun — exactly what a good team building experience in Düsseldorf delivers.
For me as a team guide it was a thoroughly successful event: motivated participants, a vibrant city atmosphere and many small moments of achievement. Düsseldorf showed its best side that day — a perfect setting for this kind of team building event.
