Team Building Event Lippe Wassertechnik GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a fantastic team building event for Lippe Wassertechnik GmbH in Utrecht on 17 August 2023 at 1:00 PM. Seventy participants met me at Moreelsepark, were warmly welcomed and after a short briefing on the CityHunters iPad app were split into 10 cheerful teams. The mood was excited from the start — perfect team building experience in Utrecht.
Our iPad Tour blends history, culture and modern technology. Each team received an iPad as their hub; the app guided them through challenges, displayed live scores and provided a quick live chat. This playful way of discovering Utrecht fostered team spirit — a real team building experience in Utrecht that brings fun and connection.
The teams wandered independently through the city center, discovering landmarks like the impressive Dom Tower, the Centraal Museum Utrecht and the lively area around the Railway Museum. At various stations they faced tricky puzzles and creative team tasks that called for observation, communication and inventiveness.
During the tour we team guides were reachable by phone and offered support when technical questions or other queries came up. Still, each group moved at its own pace and competed fairly for the highest score — a genuine competition that nonetheless strengthened togetherness.
After 2.5 hours all teams returned to Moreelsepark for the award ceremony. The ceremony was a cheerful finale, celebrating the winning team and giving everyone a chance to share their experiences. The weather cooperated and the sun put everyone in a good mood — ideal conditions for an unforgettable team building experience.
