Team Building Event Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken
The weather was perfect – bright sunshine and a light breeze accompanied our afternoon in Mitte.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming six colleagues from Reemtsma on August 16, 2023 at 3:30 PM at our meeting point on Mohrenstraße by the Hilton Mitte. After a short introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, the participants were split into two teams and the adventure began. This kind of team building experience in Mitte naturally combines fun, action and shared moments of success.
The tour took the groups across the city center of Mitte, past impressive sights like the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag and Museum Island. Our high-tech Scavenger Hunt blends history and culture with tricky puzzles and creative team tasks. Every correctly solved puzzle and every successfully completed task earned points, and the rivalry between the teams brought extra motivation and lots of laughs.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own, but they could reach me by phone at any time if they ran into problems. The mix of individual strategy, mutual support and the competition for the highest score is exactly what makes a team building experience in Mitte so special: you get to know one another deeply, strengthen cohesion and have a great deal of fun.
After two hours everyone met again at our starting point on Mohrenstraße by the Hilton Mitte for the award ceremony. It was wonderful to see colleagues complementing each other, bringing different strengths and taking part with enthusiasm.
