Team Building Event Köster GmbH
The concept of our Murder Mystery Geocaching combines city exploration with thrilling investigations and gives a lasting boost to team spirit.
As the team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the Köster GmbH group in Hanover on August 15, 2023 at 1:15 pm. Ten people met at Opernplatz, received a brief introduction and were then split into two teams. The mood was immediately enthusiastic: curiosity, drive and anticipation for the shared adventure filled the air.
Armed with tablets and our custom app as the central tool, participants became small investigator teams, collecting clues, solving puzzles and completing team tasks at various stations. In this way we experienced Hanover in a whole new light, passing well-known sites like the New Town Hall, the Market Church and the Leineschloss, which became mysterious crime scenes for us.
During the tour the teams worked independently and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and clever team tasks. I stayed reachable by phone throughout in case support was needed, but only offered subtle hints to preserve their own achievement.
The weather cooperated and helped the investigation unfold in a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere. Laughter, aha moments and surprising ideas quickly showed how well colleagues complemented one another — a real highlight for a team building experience in Hanover.
After two hours all teams returned to Opernplatz, where we reviewed the results together and celebrated the awards. It was wonderful to see how individuals turned into a strong team that tackles challenges together and shares moments of success.
