Team Building Event Ringhotel Hohenlohe GmbH
Twenty motivated colleagues from Ringhotel Hohenlohe GmbH met on 27 July 2023 at 4:00 pm in Schwäbisch Hall to set off on a shared discovery tour.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the Weilertor meeting point and gave a brief introduction to the game. After a short briefing and splitting into four teams, participants received tablets with our CityHunters app and the tasks for the next leg. That kicked off an entertaining adventure that combined fun, puzzles, and a real team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall.
The teams then made their way independently through the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall, always on the lookout for hidden clues and creative challenges. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for successful collaboration on team tasks. I was reachable by phone during the tour, so questions could be answered quickly, but the groups mostly worked confidently and with great commitment.
Our route took the teams past well-known spots and offered plenty of opportunities to see the city in a new light: stops near St. Michael, the Kunsthalle Würth, and the Hällisch‑Fränkisches Museum kept the tour varied and provided many lovely photo opportunities. This mix of discovery and friendly competition made the team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall particularly engaging and lasting.
The weather cooperated and provided pleasant conditions — just right for being active outside and tackling challenges together. The mood was uniformly positive: humor, fairness, and team spirit set the tone, and it was wonderful to see colleagues supporting one another and discovering new sides to each other.
After three hours all teams met again at the Weilertor for the awards ceremony. At the shared closing there was laughter, results were exchanged, and a winning team was celebrated. This Geocaching event once again showed how powerful a team building experience in Schwäbisch Hall can be: exciting, connecting, and simply enjoyable. I look forward to the next groups who want to experience this city in a new, interactive way.
