Team Building Event Loyalty Partner GmbH
The weather was perfect when I welcomed the Loyalty Partner GmbH group at Kohlenmarkt on July 20, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
As a CityHunters team guide I greeted 11 motivated participants who were eager to take part in our Murder Mystery Geocaching in Regensburg. After a short introduction I split the group into two teams and explained the format: using our app and a series of small team tasks, the teams would explore the city, gather clues and solve tricky puzzles. Thus began an engaging adventure that provided a real team building experience in Regensburg.
The teams set off on their own, competing in good spirits for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successfully completed team tasks — it wasn’t just about speed, but about communication and working together. As the teams moved through the old town, familiar landmarks like Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall suddenly became exciting backdrops for our investigation.
I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues. I especially enjoyed watching colleagues support one another: ideas were exchanged, roles were assigned on the fly and small victories were celebrated together. Experiences like these are what make our concept an effective team building experience in Regensburg — hands-on, entertaining and connecting.
After three hours both teams met again at Kohlenmarkt for the joint awards ceremony. The final scoring combined puzzle solutions and team tasks, and it was great to see how much joy and pride showed on everyone’s faces. We wrapped up with a short debrief and left with positive impressions.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was once again a clear example of how much fun a well-planned event can be and how it can strengthen team cohesion. Team building experience in Regensburg succeeds when adventure, city discovery and cooperation come together — exactly what we experienced on that sunny day.
