Team Building Event Fundament berlin-brandenburg gGmbH
The weather was perfect – blue skies and a light breeze accompanied us through the morning in Mitte.
As a CityHunters team guide, on July 13, 2023 at 10:00 AM I had the pleasure of welcoming 23 employees of Fundament berlin‑brandenburg gGmbH at the Neptunbrunnen on Rathausstraße. After a brief introduction and handing out the tablets with our CityHunters app, we split the group into four teams and explained the format. Then we set off on an exciting Geocaching tour through the heart of the city.
Our route took the teams past well-known sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral – places many discovered from a new perspective. The stations were designed to spark curiosity: solving puzzles, piecing together clues and tackling small team tasks. Points were awarded for correct answers and creative teamwork, so competitive spirit and the joy of shared success drove the teams on.
Throughout the tour the teams were on their own and organized themselves independently, but I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or minor issues arose. This combination of self-directed exploration and supportive accompaniment is exactly what a team building experience in Mitte makes so vibrant: shared responsibility, fun, and the chance to discover the city's hidden corners.
After about two and a half hours everyone met again at the Neptunbrunnen for the award ceremony. The mood was exuberant: smiles, stories from the tour and an enthusiastic awarding of the most successful teams rounded off the event. Such shared experiences boost team spirit in a lasting way and stay with you for a long time.
Geocaching combines adventure, play and city exploration – an ideal mix for a team building experience in Mitte. Whether for a company outing or a team day, the combination of city-based challenges and friendly competition among colleagues creates closeness and good cheer.
