Team Building Event Westhouse Group
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a fantastic Geocaching event for the Westhouse Group in Mitte on July 6, 2023, starting at 3:10 pm. The meeting point was the Neptune Fountain on Rathausstraße, a central starting spot from which 160 enthusiastic colleagues set off in 22 teams. The weather cooperated and the mood was immediately upbeat and full of anticipation.
After a brief welcome I explained the format, handed out tablets with our CityHunters app and gave practical tips for the tour. Then the group set off: everyone fanned out to explore Mitte, decode clues and complete team challenges. During the route the teams were on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the highest score, with team spirit and creativity in demand. I remained reachable by phone the whole time in case any questions or issues arose.
Our route led teams past well-known sights and revealed hidden corners of Mitte. Stops around the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral provided inspiring backdrops and blended historic atmosphere into modern puzzles. Moments like these perfectly demonstrate how a team building experience in Mitte happens almost effortlessly: solving riddles, laughing together and finding solutions.
