Team Building Event Hochfrequenz Unternehmensberatung GmbH
Hanover blends history and modern living, providing the perfect backdrop for an engaging team building experience.
On July 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of kicking off the iPad Tour as a CityHunters team guide for the 62 participants from Hochfrequenz Unternehmensberatung GmbH in the Hanover Tiergarten. I welcomed the group with a short introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads before the 62 colleagues set off in nine teams.
Our iPad Tour in Hanover combines exciting puzzles, interactive tasks and modern technology. Each team received an iPad as their central hub: the app guided them to stations, displayed the tasks and connected the teams in real time so the excitement on the live scoreboard could be followed at any moment. The teams were largely on their own during the tour and could call me at any time with questions.
The route led the groups through the city center and past well-known sights such as the New Town Hall, the Market Church and the Kestnergesellschaft. At every stop creativity, observation and teamwork were required: classic puzzles, photo challenges and small team challenges earned points and, above all, lots of fun.
For us a team building experience in Hanover means laughing together, trying new things and finding solutions as a team. The mix of discovering the city, competition and relaxed challenges noticeably strengthened the bonds at Hochfrequenz. The weather cooperated that afternoon, so the mood stayed positive and energetic.
After exactly three hours all nine teams met again in the Hanover Tiergarten for the award ceremony. The tension was high and the joy even greater – winners and losers alike celebrated the shared experiences. These moments are what make the team building experience in Hanover special to me.
